So instead of another dashboard, we built agents you deploy the way you'd staff a role: give them a job title, a team, and a playbook, and they get to work inside the tools you already run — trained on your tone, escalating to a human whenever the stakes call for it.

How we handle your data, and the terms for using Bastion AI.
This policy covers the information Bastion AI collects when you visit this site, message us, or use an agent we've deployed on your behalf.
Account and contact details you give us directly (name, work email, company), the contents of conversations your agents handle so we can train and support them, and basic usage data like which features are active on your workspace.
To run and improve your agents, respond to support and sales requests, secure your account, and send you service updates. We don't use your conversation data to train models for anyone outside your workspace.
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with the infrastructure and support providers we need to operate the service, under contracts that require them to protect it.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your agents' access and conversation history within 30 days.
These terms govern your use of Bastion AI's agents, dashboard, and website. By creating a workspace or deploying an agent, you agree to them.
We grant you a non-exclusive license to use Bastion AI for your organization's internal business purposes. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information and playbooks you give your agents, and for the accounts your team creates.
Agents assist with real work, but your team is responsible for reviewing and standing behind anything an agent sends, approves, or escalates on your behalf — especially decisions with legal, financial, or safety consequences.
Paid plans are billed per the pricing in effect at the start of your billing period. We'll give you advance notice before any pricing or feature changes that affect an active subscription.
Missed payments on an active subscription will deactivate any agents your business has access to until the subscription is paid in full. Missed payments more than 30 days old are subject to a late fee of $150.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms or puts other customers at risk.
Bastion AI is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
